Fourteen years of SEO, eight of them as VR Bonkers - before we ever made it official.
Vaibhav Pandya’s SEO journey didn’t start with VR Bonkers. It started in February 2012, years before the company existed, learning search the way most of our industry’s best practitioners did hands-on, on real sites, watching what actually moved rankings versus what was just theory in a forum post. That stretch included time inside multiple multinational companies, doing SEO at a scale and under a kind of scrutiny that teaches you things a small blog never will.
On 15th March 2018, that experience turned into VR Bonkers founded together with Rakhi Pandya. It wasn’t a registered company on day one. It was two people who’d decided they could do this properly for clients directly, without the layers a bigger agency adds between the person doing the SEO work and the business that needs it.
For the next eight years, that’s exactly what we did audits, strategy, execution, reporting, and the unglamorous daily work of actually moving a site’s rankings, for real clients, under our own name, before there was ever a certificate on the wall saying so. In 2026, VR Bonkers became a formally registered company. Not the beginning of the story just the point where the paperwork finally caught up to work that had already been happening for eight years.
Today VR Bonkers works across SEO, Google Ads, content marketing, social media marketing, and website development on WordPress and Shopify built out from that same starting point: do the work properly, stay close to the client, and don’t promise what we can’t deliver. Vaibhav still describes what he does as being a Search Alchemist for SEO turning the unglamorous, technical parts of search into results a business can actually feel.
To be the SEO partner businesses call when they want rankings that actually hold - not a quick spike before the next algorithm update undoes it.
To do SEO work that survives contact with Google's next update - grounded in what Search Central actually says, reported on honestly, and never sold as a guarantee.
Vaibhav Pandya starts doing SEO - the groundwork for everything that follows.
Hands-on SEO experience across multiple multinational companies, before going independent.
Vaibhav Pandya and Rakhi Pandya start VR Bonkers - not yet registered, already doing the work.
Eight years of client work later, VR Bonkers becomes a formally registered company.
